Manufacturing Engineer (6+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize complex manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in process documentation, machining, assembly, and Windchill PLM who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

You will play a key role in developing standardized work instructions, improving manufacturing efficiency, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality production outcomes.

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions
• Utilize Windchill PLM to manage and control process documentation
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce cycle time and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with quality and inspection teams to create sampling inspection plans
• Support new production initiatives and ensure standardization across processes
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity enhancements

• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• 6+ years of experience developing work instructions and process documentation
• Hands‑on experience with machining and assembly processes
• 6+ years of experience with Windchill PLM
• Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and technical writing skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
