Technician, Assembly Test II-18342

This position is for first shift. Start times vary from 5am - 7am Monday-Friday depending on your department. Do not apply for multiple positions. You must be a US citizen for this position.

Description:

Performs maintenance, adjustment, and/or certify/test of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions and FAA regulations. Responsibilities include performing maintenance, adjustment, and/or certify/test of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions and FAA regulations. Tasks also include tearing down, cleaning parts and assemblies as required, preparing documentation including service reports and test data, operating test equipment as required by the OEM maintenance manuals and other work instructions, painting parts, performing minor repairs operations to piece parts, reading, interpreting and executing OEM manual, mechanical drawings, service bulletins and work instructions in English, and complying with all company policies including attendance.

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

This position is for 1st shift Monday-Friday various start times depending on department of 5am - 7am. Two years of mechanical experience involving similar equipment processes, measuring tools and assembly operations (preferred). Entry level positions available. On the job training provided. Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, mechanical drawings, standard gages and other measuring devices in English.

Able to write routine reports and correspondence. Knowledgeable with a wide range of tools. Computer proficient in Microsoft office products. Good mechanical knowledge. Pursuant to International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"), applicants for select positions will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status in order to meet the minimum qualifications for those select positions.

All inquiries related to citizenship are asked solely to comply with ITAR and EAR export licensing requirements. Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
