Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:15 PM) & 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:15 AM), Monday–Saturday

Stride Staffing is hiring Production Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. This temp-to-hire position offers consistent hours, overtime, and opportunities for career advancement within the company. Candidates will be responsible for operating machinery, inspecting parts, and maintaining production flow while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and verify parts meet quality standards before packing.
• Follow detailed work instructions, schedules, and supervisor directions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.
• Package, label, and stack finished products.
• Support line changeovers and setup as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus; training provided.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn new skills.

• Long periods of standing and repetitive motion.
• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, moderately noisy production environment.
