Are you a procurement or MRO professional who thrives at the intersection of technical precision and strategic negotiation? We are looking for a tenacious MRO Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you won’t just manage orders; you will be the primary architect of our supplier relationships, challenging repair schemes, optimizing rotable pools, and ensuring our fleet remains mission-ready.

• Create service orders and purchase orders as required .
• Assist procurement in establishing targeted supplier's service level agreement.
• Coordinate quality discrepancies resolution with external suppliers.
• Conduct routine performance evaluations and define improvement plan with external suppliers/vendors to recover targeted performance (KPI’s).

• Minimum two (2) years in an MRO, Vendor management or procurement.
• Ability to work in a fast paced demanding environment.
• SAP experience in SD, MM, WM or SD environment preferred but not required.
• Understanding of cross-cultural / global issues.
