Program Production Lead for Sapphire Product Line

You will be the Program Production Lead for the Sapphire Product Line team. Our team is responsible for establishing production designs and factory capacities for the entire Sapphire Product Line, managing design/fabrication/qualification of new test and manufacturing equipment, and delivering all non-recurring activities associated with upcoming deliveries and ramps. As the Program Production Lead you will be responsible for all activities under Production Operations and will liaison heavily with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer on program.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Design and execution of the Manufacturing System
• Producibility and resiliency of the design
• Development and execution of an automation strategy
• Budget inputs and coordination of cross-functional staffing
• Capital planning and execution

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00
