K & N Engineering Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure safe, high-quality output on a 2:00pm–1:00am shift at our Grand Prairie, TX facility. You will coach teams, manage production plans, and oversee continuous improvement activities.
You will coach team leads, conduct Gemba walks, lead Kaizen events, and ensure adherence to standard work, quality systems, and visual management.
