You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Senior (Level
3) for the Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for process improvement, shop-floor support, and equipment issue resolution on the 4/10 D schedule. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer Senior (Level
3) you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring smooth operations during the Thursday-to-Sunday shift. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Provide shop-floor support for defect reviews and line stoppages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules and resources

- Technical Engineering Degree OR equivalent experience- 5+ years supporting manufacturing processes
- Ability to work 4/10 D
- Thursday
- Sunday - Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects
