P&M - CNC Production Operator

Aerospace CNC Production Operator - Grand Prairie, Tx

Payrate: $24.84 per hour

Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (2nd shift)

Must provide one of the following identification documents: passport, two copies of a certified birth certificate, certificate of naturalization (USCIS Form N‑550 or N‑570), or Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I‑551).

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging.
• Prepare the production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment to identify any required replacements, malfunctions, or repairs.
• Perform regular maintenance to guarantee production capacity and quality.
• Assist junior operators in their responsibilities.
• Repair and clean equipment when needed.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer equipment between warehouse and work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to operate CNC and other production machinery.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and mandatory compliance obligations.

• Must provide mandatory identification documents as listed above.
