The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule

Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule.

  • Work:
    Monday & Tuesday – Off:
    Wednesday & Thursday – Work:
    Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
  • Off:
    Monday & Tuesday – Work:
    Wednesday & Thursday – Off:
    Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
  • 12‑hour static shifts (Day 7:00am‑7:00pm) or (Night 7:00pm‑7:00am)
What You’ll Do
  • Operate and output assigned production lines, including:
    • Shut‑down, start‑up, switchovers, order preparation, production, and routine maintenance.
    • Analyze process control charts to monitor and correct production problems.
    • Recognize and troubleshoot visual defects in film.
    • Conduct and document routine inspections on production components.
    • Reduce and eliminate scrap material.
  • Work cooperatively with Material Handlers to efficiently manage the production process.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Perform all duties following standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
Essential Qualifications
  • Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly – Rate based on experience.

  • Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
