About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do
  • Measure finished work pieces using precision measuring instruments, fixtures, and templates to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Mount, install, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and fixtures on CNC machines to support efficient production operations.
  • Monitor CNC machine performance and identify operational issues through machine indicators and sound.
  • Make machine adjustments, including feed rates, speeds, and operational controls, to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
  • Modify cutting programs as needed to resolve machining challenges and support production requirements.
  • Perform in‑process and final quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Support production operations as a Kitter by collecting, organizing, and sorting fabricated parts for assembly cart preparation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements to ensure operational excellence.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 1 to 3 year of CNC Operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 year of experience in kitting, inventory control and cycle count
  • Must be able to read blueprints and use tools
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of Mill experience
