Location:

Cutter & Buck is growing and opening a new fulfillment center in Grand Prairie, TX. The DFC will mirror our spectacular Seattle Fulfillment Center. Employees are the backbone of Cutter & Buck, and we need Embroidery Shippers to join our team in opening and maintaining the DFC.

Job Summary

Perform all functions necessary to pack orders so the W/H shipping department can ship orders to customers.

Essential Functions:

• Verify that all units for an order are embroidered logoed.
• Neatly fold garments according to established processes, including the re-use of tissue paper inserts, and with care to “fill” the individual bag with the garment, at the top, bottom, and sides.
• Bag each garment in appropriate (C&B Branded or Unbranded) individual poly-bag, ensuring perfect fit and presentation every time.
• Pack garments neatly and according to customer specifications into proper boxes to ship to customer.
• Apply all proper shipping documents to boxes that are to be shipped.
• Complete production-tracking papers.
• Additional duties as required.

As an essential function of this position, the employee must be able to handle high levels of stress satisfactorily and be congenial with other employees and customers at all time. The employee must not pose a threat to the safety of others.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Can speak some English.
• Can read some English.
• Ability to learn C&B folding, bagging, and shipping procedures.
• Attention to detail (shippers are the last people to see garments before our customer receives them).

Education and Experience:

• C&B will train employees for this position.
• High school degree preferred.
• Previous experience in packing/shipping preferred.
• Production floor.
• Stand on feet entire shift.

Hours:
Monday thru Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with voluntary overtime during peak periods. Overtime eligible position.
