From our own workshops to trusted partners around the globe, we design and curate products makers reach for every day: the fabrics, threads, yarns, and tools that turn ideas into finished pieces.
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Yarn Dyer to join our Manufacturing/Dye Kitchen team. In this hands-on production role, you'll follow established processes to help create consistent, high-quality yarn while keeping production moving at a steady pace. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things right, and works well in a structured production environment.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Follow established dye kitchen and yarn production processes and procedures
- Complete dyeing and production tasks accurately, consistently, and at the expected pace
- Monitor work for quality and consistency throughout the production process
- Follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and ready for production
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production needs
- Support Saturday production as needed
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and repeat processes consistently
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Ability to maintain production expectations while working at a steady pace
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing and production environment
- Flexibility to work Saturdays when needed
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- You take pride in producing consistent, quality work
- You are dependable and ready to contribute each day
- You enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout your shift
- You can stay focused while completing detailed, repetitive processes
- You are comfortable working as part of a team in a production environment
- You'll be part of the hands-on process behind yarns makers use and love, working alongside a team that cares about quality and craftsmanship.
- Our warehouse is in a climate controlled environment
- On-site.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM;
Saturdays as needed - Target hourly salary: $21
