MFC seeks an Engineering&Technology (E&T) Manager to lead and grow a software‑engineering team, support department and directorate initiatives, and drive technical excellence, affordability, and program execution. In this role you’ll join a large network of software professionals, applying cutting‑edge technologies to existing and new platforms that address challenges in aircraft flight command & control, air-traffic control, health care, and homeland defense.

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members; assign work, provide continual feedback, and advocate for career opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute software‑development activities.
• Manage recruitment, selection, training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition/disciplinary actions, and competency development.
• Support program development, ensure compliance with engineering processes, maintain customer focus, and serve as the technical conscience for programs.

Travel may be required to customer and supplier sites, both within and outside the Continental United States (CONUS).
