Lead the line that shapes North America's infrastructure

We’re the largest and most diverse provider of drainage, sanitary, pressure, and trench-less pipe in North America, with manufacturing locations across the country. Learn more at  day in this role

Your shift begins at 5:00 p.m.. You walk the floor, greet your crew in both English and Spanish, and kick off the evening plan. You’re the bridge between production goals and hands-on execution—directing pipe finishing, guiding outlets/specials, and sequencing loading so trucks depart on time. With your welding knowledge and blueprint fluency, you remove roadblocks, coach best practices, and keep quality tight.

Before sunrise, production is complete, paperwork is accurate, and the team is ready for handoff.

Coordinate critical areas of pipe finishing, outlets/specials, and loading to meet schedule and quality targets.

Assure on-time material deliveries and stage components to prevent delays.

Maintain a strong floor presence to reinforce safety, quality, and production best practices.

Develop action plans that keep commitments and deadlines on track.

Monitor personnel for adherence to company policies and productivity standards; evaluate team members and provide feedback.

Read blueprints/specifications; apply technical proficiency to guide work.

Ensure the product—backed by quality evaluations—meets customer expectations and job specifications.

Drive communications and training to build capability across the crew.

Complete required administrative tasks in line with company procedures.

Maintain order on the floor and strive for zero defects and zero incidents.
