CMM Inspector

Job Description *
* Perform a variety of inspection operations of mechanical parts and installations fabricated and/or assembled such as; completed systems, assemblies, tools, jigs, fixtures, prototypes, training devices and detail parts on manufacturing prototype, production development and/or production programs. Perform inspections utilizing a variety of techniques, inspection equipment and instruments to include visual, layout methods and various conventional types of measurement devices.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Must be a US Citizen

+ Working knowledge of machine parts, tooling section or mechanical assembly inspection

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work on a team

+ High school degree or equivalent

+ Must be able to:

+ Read and interpret Engineering drawings

+ Use precision measurement equipment

+ Use computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc.

** Desired Skills*
* + Mechanical inspection experience

+ CMM experience

+ Level II Penetrant Certified

* + $31.70 - $47.28
