Stage and coordinate material deliveries to keep work flowing.

Champion safety, quality, and throughput with a strong on-floor presence.

Create and track action plans to meet commitments and deadlines.

Monitor policy compliance, drive productivity, and evaluate personnel.

Interpret blueprints/specifications; apply your welding knowledge to resolve issues.

Verify quality to ensure products meet drawings and customer expectations.

Lead communications and training to upskill the team.

Complete administrative requirements per company procedures.

Maintain order and strive for zero defects/incidents.

What you bring

Bilingual English/Spanish communication (speak, read, write).2+ years leading in manufacturing or production support.

Welding knowledge and technical aptitude.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

When you’ll work

Shift: 5 p.m. – 5 a.m.What you’ll earn Starting pay: $23

Where you’ll work

This is not a warehouse position. You’ll work in an outdoor plant environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures, and around moving machinery.

Physical requirements

Clear, effective communication.

Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach.

Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Required PPE: ear plugs, hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses.
