This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Grand Prairie, TX. The Travel Director of Nursing will oversee and support nursing operations across designated facilities, ensuring compliance with care quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include staff training, performance evaluations, implementing nursing best practices, and collaborating with leadership to develop and maintain effective healthcare programs. Regular travel to various facilities will be required to provide hands‑on leadership and assess operational needs.

  Experience leading nursing teams, mentoring staff, and managing healthcare operations.
• Nursing Expertise:
  Extensive knowledge of clinical nursing practices, patient care, and long‑term care policies and regulations.

  Active RN license, BSN required (MSN preferred), and a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including leadership roles.
