Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc., headquartered at 3735 Buckeystown Pike, Buckeystown, MD 21717 – phone . We are looking to fill four (4) Landscape positions from 03/15/2025 to 12/15/2025 for full‑time, peak‑load temporary employment.

• Perform the installation and maintenance of landscaped sites, including grass, trees, plants, mulch, and gardens.
• Operate hand and power tools such as sod cutters, shovels, loppers, wheelbarrows, pressure washers, pole saw, quickie saw, and chainsaw.
• Mow, trim, and weed lawns; aerate, weeding, grubbing, remove thatch, and edge flower beds.
• Conduct manual labor for digging, filling, tamping down holes, and trimming trees and brush.
• Maintain roadside drains by shoveling material out of ditch lines and removing debris from drainage structures.
• Collect litter and debris from highways, roads, frontage roads, and designated clean‑up areas.
• Operate tractors, twin‑axle vehicles, snow blowers, and other powered equipment as needed.

• Flexible shifts and outdoor work in varying climates.
• At least 3 months of mowing or landscaping experience (construction/outdoor experience is a plus).
• Pass employer‑paid pre‑employment, post‑employment, and random 10‑panel drug test.
• Pass pre‑employment background check.
• Work 10‑hour shifts (Monday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Friday); 40 hours per week from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Temporary full‑time position based at 2706 Hardrock Rd, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. Daily travel to worksites in the Dallas, Fort Worth‑Arlington area, including Dallas and Tarrant counties. Employer provides transportation to and from all worksites. Pay period is bi‑weekly; wages calculated per single workweek.
