Freight Quality Inspector
The Weights & Inspections function sits at the intersection of revenue integrity, operational precision, and customer trust. This role exists to ensure that every shipment moving through the network is accurately classified, properly documented, and compliant with tariff and safety standards—while also identifying missed revenue opportunities. As freight complexity increases and customer expectations rise, the business depends on disciplined inspection processes to protect margins, maintain service quality, and uphold operational standards.
The Freight Quality Inspector plays a direct role in strengthening accuracy across the network, reducing rework, and providing actionable feedback to operations, sales, and terminal leadership. Success in this role means driving measurable improvements in shipment accuracy, minimizing revenue leakage, and elevating the consistency of freight handling across the facility.
