Supplier Quality Engineer Senior

You will be a Supplier Quality Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Precision Fires team.

In this role, you will be collaborating with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customers on Quality-related issues to ensure quality standards are in place. The SQE will engage in product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective/preventative action implementation. The SQE will also ensure corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards that are also compliant with customer requirements. You will also develop strategies and systems designed to improve internal and/or supplier performance and productivity.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

- Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming material (Material Review Boards) - Experience working with Government customers - A strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensions & Tolerancing) - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
