Quality Engineer Sr | Lockheed Martin
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Level Quality Engineer to support an Advanced Programs significant development program with the potential to be a franchise program. The position will be based in Grand Prairie, TX. The position will require working flexible hours and travel out of the assigned geographical area to support suppliers across the United States.
What You Will Be Doing Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Performance at suppliers of scheduled product source inspections, first articles, and product validations as outlined by AS9102 and applicable company and industry standards
- Provide internal and supplier support for root cause and corrective/preventive actions.
- Support Supplier requests tied to program requirements, interface with customer needs and program management activities
- Participate (as required) in supplier's failure/diagnosis and Material Review Board (MRB) activities
- Perform on-going surveillance of supplier's conformance to Lockheed Martin requirement documents and provide written weekly reports
- Provide technical liaison support related to quality engineering matters
- Ensure supplier contract flow-down requirements are implemented and verified and interfaces with supplier on a daily basis
