Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer | Lockheed Martin
You will be the Quality Engineer Sr for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting supplier quality across Lockheed Martin production sites. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer Sr you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives that enhance production floor performance and supplier compliance. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites to establish new processes and enforce contractual requirements.
- Extract and analyze MRP data to generate actionable quality metrics and trend reports.
- Lead corrective and preventive action initiatives, including parts reviews and material review boards.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO‑9001/AS9100 and engineering specifications.
- Drive lean improvements to reduce waste and enhance production velocity.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Benefits offered:
