What You'll Do:
Ensure the supplier is manufacturing components according to valid specifications and approved procedures from project related quality plan.
Follow all production steps, from inspection to raw material before production starts, to final approval of the components.
Clarify questions and provide advice to the suppliers regarding specifications. This includes guidance for sub-suppliers specifications.
Establish non conformity reports and weekly meetings with supplier, this is an ongoing process as corrective and preventive actions are needed, to ensure a continuous improvement of quality management system.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of experience with inspection of packaging
- 2+ years working with measurement tools
- 2+ years of reading blueprints
