General Employment.

• Proactively anticipate guest needs and deliver seamless, intuitive service.
• Maintain luxury-level presence.
• Engage in polished, brand-appropriate conversation—no slang or informal language.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leadership to uphold a consistent service experience.
• Comply with all service standards and safety guidelines.
• Represent the Palace Poker brand in a positive manner at all times.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have open availability for work schedule
• English fluency required; additional languages are a plus

• Any required for desired position.

• Extended standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Exposure to ambient noise and cleaning products
• Sustained energy, posture, and attentiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
