As a dynamic, rapidly growing company, we are looking for a purpose-driven Team Member and Team Captains to join our expanding team and become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them reach their health and fitness goals.

They

are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy.

In addition to all of the skills sets involved with a Team Member, our Team Captains are comfortable taking responsibility as well as delegating it; they thrive on challenges and continually look for opportunities to learn. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient store operations and enforcing store policy. Along with the General Manager, they provide guidance to Team Members during their assigned shifts.

• At least 16 years old
• Food Service experience preferred but not required
• Commission Sales experience helpful Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
