Role Description The Assistant Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Grand Prairie, TX. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales performance, delivering an elevated customer experience, and ensuring that brand standards are consistently met. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising sales associates, coaching team members on customer service and product knowledge, and assisting with floor merchandising and visual presentation.

The Assistant Store Manager helps manage store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and coordination of retail loss prevention practices. This role also partners with leadership to analyze store metrics, implement action plans, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and fashion-forward work environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating a luxury client experience and building long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Candidates should possess Store Management skills, such as supervising staff, managing daily operations, and supporting merchandising and visual standards.
• Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills, including awareness of shrinkage controls, adherence to company policies, and promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in retail or luxury fashion, proficiency with point-of-sale systems, and basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, ability to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and commitment to an inclusive, team-oriented environment are strongly preferred.
