Starmor is expanding into the commercial market across Texas, and we're looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to lead that charge. If you've got the instincts of a hunter, a track record of opening new accounts, and the confidence to walk onto a job site or into an architect's office and start a conversation — we want to talk.
We sell a full suite of physical security and energy-saving solutions: window film, security glazing, Crimsafe screens, Titan doors, shutters, and more. These are premium, high-performance products with real differentiation — not commodities. You'll have something worth selling.
What makes this role different:This isn't a desk job with a phone list. You'll be building relationships across the commercial and residential markets — calling on general contractors, glazing contractors, architects, property managers, business owners, and homeowners. We'll provide leads, but we're hiring you because you know how to create your own pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals. You'll conduct site visits, assess needs, and deliver consultative solutions — not canned pitches.
Our commission structure rewards exactly that. Reps who build their own pipeline earn significantly higher rates than reps who rely on company-supplied leads. If you're the type who picks up the phone and makes things happen, your paycheck will reflect it.

Compensation:- Commission: 3.5%–9% of revenue depending on lead source and project type — self-generated business pays up to 9%, with a quota accelerator that adds +2% above target
- First-year on-target earnings: $105,000–$120,000+
- Inside sales support for takeoffs, estimating, and lead qualification so you can focus on selling
- Actively managing and growing an assigned sales territory through in-person and virtual presentations, cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
- Building and maintaining relationships with glazing contractors, general contractors, architects, property managers, business owners, and residential clients
- Managing inbound leads and converting them to sales
- Providing accurate quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
- Conducting site visits to assess needs and deliver consultative solutions
- Maintaining CRM records and following reporting protocols
- Attending sales meetings, training, and occasional company events/travel
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality — you don't wait for leads; you go find them
- Comfortable selling to commercial end users, architects, contractors, and business owners, as well as residential homeowners
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you can hold a conversation with a GC on a job site and a business owner in a boardroom
- Prior sales experience helpful but not required — we're open to candidates from home improvement, construction, glazing, contractor sales, or related industries
