Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Director with extensive experience in selling industrial HVAC solutions. This individual will be a hands‑on leader who will build and lead strategic sales initiatives across North America, focusing on maximizing conversion from existing customers while aggressively expanding our footprint through new customer acquisition, scaling distribution, and network building. This role will have people leadership as well as direct selling responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth:
    Achieve and exceed revenue targets in North America through effective sales strategies across multiple verticals in the industrial HVAC market – including but not limited to Data Centers, Industrial Manufacturing, Hospitality, and OEM's
  • Customer Management:
    Create, build, and strengthen relationships with new and existing qualified customers (Direct and Distributors) to drive revenue and increase conversion rates. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with prospective clients
  • Market Development:
    Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to generate leads and expand market presence. Identify new channels and verticals, and forge and grow relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Leadership:
    Demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring and managing the North America sales team and acting as a role model for performance, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Strategic Influence:
    Utilize exceptional influencing skills to negotiate and close complex deals. Have the gravitas and experience to influence internally and cross‑functionally
  • Independent Execution:
    Operate with autonomy, managing priorities and delivering results without close supervision
  • CRM:
    Use CRM's tools to build customer profiles, lead generation, and conversion
  • Accountability:
    Be accountable for your business, setting out clear performance expectations, and have the ability to effectively communicate results, performance, and needs through the internal Global Filtration Business Unit stakeholders

Qualifications Required Skills & Attributes
  • Proven Expertise:
    Minimum 10+ years in industrial filtration sales with a proven track record of success across multiple channel verticals (Data Centers, Industrial, Commercial, Hospitality)
  • Leadership:
    Ability to inspire, lead, and develop high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, dynamic, start‑up environment.
  • Sales Acumen:
    Skilled in qualifying leads, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Influencing

    Skills:

    Strong ability to influence stakeholders and decision‑makers across multiple levels from facility managers to board‑level directors
  • Self‑Motivation:
    Highly driven, independent, and hungry for success and competitive remuneration

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in industrial HVAC sales within North America, ideally from an existing leading filtration manufacturer.
