Major League Cricket is seeking Account Managers, Premium Sales across both the Dallas and San Francisco Bay Area markets to play a central role in driving ticket revenue for the 2026 season. Reporting to the VP, Ticketing, this role will be responsible for sales and revenue-generation focused on corporate hospitality buyers, high-net-worth individuals, community organizations, local businesses, and fan groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and converting a strong outbound sales pipeline, delivering tailored ticketing solutions, and directly contributing to matchday revenue growth.

You’ll directly contribute to driving ticket revenue, building meaningful corporate and community partnerships, and creating vibrant matchday environments that showcase the sport at its best. Your work will not only have a direct impact on revenues for the 2026 season, but also help shape the commercial trajectory of professional cricket in the United States.
- Drive ticket sales through proactive outreach to corporate clients, high-net wealth individuals, community groups, local businesses, and fan clubs.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales goals.
- Use consultative selling to understand client needs and deliver tailored ticketing solutions.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, prospects, and referrals, tracking progress in the CRM.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in companies, HNW individuals, and communities.
- Actively engage fan clubs, local organizations, and community networks to increase ticket sales.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure high client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Represent Major League Cricket at events, networking functions, and community programs.
- Act as a passionate ambassador of the league, promoting ticketing initiatives with energy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to amplify sales campaigns and community outreach.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in sports & entertainment, business-to-business, or ticketing.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to assess client needs and deliver solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of cricket or live sports and entertainment is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to own the marketplace.
- Team-oriented yet independently accountable for achieving targets.
