Job Summary
The ideal candidate will manage the sales territory, build and maintain B2B sales relationships, identify workplace safety needs, deliver solutions that protect employees while ensuring compliance, increasing revenue, meet sales goals, and position Saf‑T‑Glove as a trusted safety partner.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B customers across assigned territory
Drive sales of PPE and industrial safety products (gloves, protective apparel, safety glasses, etc.)
Make outbound calls, schedule onsite visits, and conduct product demos as needed
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored safety solutions
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to team revenue targets
Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports to management
Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure order fulfillment and satisfaction
Qualifications
1+ year B2B phone or outside sales experience (industrial supply or PPE industry preferred)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within assigned territory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
