Join 2020 Companies as an Energy Sales Specialist representing Reliant by NRG at Walmart 896 in Grand Prairie, TX. This regular role involves promoting Reliant Energy services, engaging customers, and driving new enrollments while earning a base salary plus uncapped commission.

• Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Provide professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays, assess needs, and suggest suitable products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates.
• Help customers lower energy costs in your community.
• Learn to identify needs and handle objections.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work station or kiosk.
• Accurately document, track, and report sales activities to Retail Operations.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ensure no door‑to‑door, cold‑calling, or telemarketing activities are performed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Strong experience in retail or event sales or event marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, setup, and teardown of events.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Spanish bilingual preferred (not required).

• Average earnings $1,000–$1,350 per week with base pay and uncapped commission.
• Commission‑based pay with a $16.00 per hour guarantee.
• Next-day pay via Daily Pay.
