Complete Line Glass is seeking a proactive and organized Account Manager to oversee key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless product delivery. This role requires a structured, proactive approach to account management, with a focus on issue prevention, timely communication, and balancing customer needs. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating projects, resolving issues before they escalated, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Success in this role will be measured by account growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

All new hires participate in structured, hands‑on training covering our products, systems, and daily workflow.

• Manage day-to-day communication for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely updates and professional correspondence.
• Provide order status reports, identify potential issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Process all incoming quotes and execute timely follow‑ups to convert opportunities.
• Partner with production and management to ensure accurate and on‑time product delivery.
• Analyze customer trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain precise records of customer activity, quotes, and interactions within the CRM portal.
• Support customer base with structured prioritization and expectation management.

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Construction or building materials experience preferred not required.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

• $20 - $25 per hour (Weekly Pay)
• Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
