The Sales Associate provides an exceptional client experience while driving sales and supporting store operations. The role focuses on clienteling, product and styling expertise, and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and other commercial KPIs.
- Welcome clients, provide elevated service, and share product knowledge, styling expertise, and seasonal trends.
- Build and maintain client relationships through outreach, follow-up, and accurate client data capture.
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and guest ready, and collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Follow company policies and procedures and seek ongoing feedback and learning opportunities.
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or related customer service experience.
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Computer skills, including operating a POS system and using Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
