The E-Boutique Client Advisor drives sales and builds lasting client relationships through digital and omnichannel service. The role provides expert guidance on IWC products and supports clients throughout the sales and after-sales journey.
Responsibilities- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain the order book and sales pipeline.
- Develop client relationships through targeted outreach, CRM campaigns, and accurate client data capture.
- Deliver professional service across digital channels, including virtual selling and chat, and resolve client concerns.
- Coordinate with Maison teams and customer service specialists to support clients and resolve escalated cases.
- Maintain knowledge of IWC products, brand history, industry news, and competitive brands.
- Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- General knowledge of the timepiece industry.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and technology; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- A college degree is preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
