You will be the Senior Contracts Management for the Munitions Acceleration Contracts team. Our team is responsible for integrating supplier agreements and prime contracts with the strategic goals of the Munitions Acceleration Initiatives. What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Contracts Management you will be responsible for providing expert contract guidance and ensuring alignment with MAI objectives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Partner with the MAI team and supply chain stakeholders to align supplier contracts, including multi year prime contracts, with Munitions Acceleration strategic objectives.
* The role will also support day-to-day operations and coordination between our MAI Contacts/Subcontracts team to ensure alignment, tracking of actions, record keeping, and configuration control of documentation.
* Advise on optimal contract structures, risk allocation, financing, payments, and negotiation terms that satisfy program requirements, schedule commitments, and performance expectations.
* Drive alignment on contract terms and structures across all parties to ensure consistency and strategic coherence.
* Enforce standardized contracting policies, procedures, and clause libraries for all acceleration initiatives.
* Maintain clear, ongoing communication of contract status, risks, critical information, and changes to all relevant program stakeholders.
* Ensure contracts comply with FAR/DFARS and all applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., export control, cybersecurity, small business participation).
