Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an Industrial Security Representative Associate to join the security team in Grand Prairie TX. What You Will Be Doing As a Security Representative Associate, you will perform duties as a Special Programs Data Transfer Agent (DTA) and Special Programs Operations Center (SPOC) Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO).

As the DTA/ SPOC CSSO, you will be responsible for all Special Access Programs' (SAP) Assured File Transfers (AFT) under your cognizance. You will coordinate with program management, engineers, and program security to load, download and transfer data to/from various systems. When not performing AFT, you will be responsible for assisting the SPOC Lead with all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense Directives and others as applicable.

Duties will include completing Program Access Requests (PAR) and Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQ), classified meeting support, conference room maintenance and upkeep, program management support, foreign travel, and security education. This is a full-time on-site position and has a set work shift requirement. In office working hours are 7AM CST-5PM CST, Monday-Thursday. Any deviation requires managers approval. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have the ability to work 7AM CST-5PM, Monday-Thursday. Current Top Secret clearance with an investigation date within five years and be able to obtain SCI clearance upon employment. Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07. Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners. Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required. Advanced computer skills with the ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance Experience working DoD Special Access Programs Ability to work independently when required and be a team player Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
