Basic Qualifications
- Must have the ability to work 7AM CST-5PM, Monday-Thursday.
- Current Secret clearance with an investigation date within five years and ability to obtain TS SCI clearance upon employment.
- Knowledge and experience implementing 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, and DoD 5205.07.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations based on limited or conflicting information, and to build relationships within the corporation and with government customers and industry partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience transferring data between systems.
Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, a leader in weapon systems, sensors, and services, seeks an Industrial Security Representative Associate to join the security team in Grand Prairie, TX.
What You Will Be DoingAs a Security Representative Associate, you will act as a Special Programs Data Transfer Agent and Special Programs Operations Center Contractor SAP Security Officer. You will be responsible for all special access programs’ assured file transfers, coordinating with program management, engineers, and program security to load, download, and transfer data to/from various systems. When not performing file transfers, you will assist the SPOC Lead with personnel, physical, technical, and classification management in accordance with Department of Defense directives.
Duties include:
- Completing Program Access Requests (PAR) and Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQ).
- Providing classified meeting support and maintaining conference rooms.
- Supporting program management and foreign travel.
- Delivering security education to program staff.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a required work shift of 7AM-5PM CST, Monday-Thursday. Deviations require manager approval.

Desired Skills- Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Program security compliance.
- Experience working with DoD Special Access Programs.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college, or equivalent.
- Willingness to accommodate occasional off-shift hours.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
