Key Responsibilities

Patrol assigned areas to deter unwanted behavior and ensure a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This includes being vigilant for any suspicious activities and reporting them to the appropriate authorities.
* ** Customer Service**:
Provide assistance, information, and directions to community members and visitors, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
* ** Incident Reporting**:
Document and report any incidents or safety concerns, maintaining accurate records of activities during shifts.
* ** Safety Education**:
Deliver presentations and training on safety protocols and best practices to staff, volunteers, and community members.
* ** Collaboration**:
Work closely with local law enforcement, emergency services, and community organizations to enhance safety initiatives and respond to emergencies.
* ** Policy Enforcement**:
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, conducting regular checks and assessments of safety measures in place## Qualifications
* ** Experience**:
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is often preferred.
* ** Education**:
An associate degree or certification in a relevant field may be required.
