The Manager, Physical Security plays a critical leadership role in safeguarding Inmar’s associates, visitors, assets, facilities, and operations. The Manager owns the effectiveness of the physical security function and is expected to demonstrate a high degree of judgment, accountability, urgency, and confidence in decision‑making.

This leader must be comfortable assessing situations quickly, making sound decisions with the information available, and taking appropriate action without unnecessary delay. Inmar operates in a dynamic environment where priorities, risks, technologies, and operational requirements can change frequently. The Manager must be able to rapidly adapt, overcome obstacles, reprioritize resources, and maintain effective security operations as circumstances evolve. This leader will develop and empower a highly capable security team, establish clear expectations and accountability, and build strong partnerships across the organization.

Success in this role requires a leader who takes ownership of outcomes, remains composed under pressure, communicates clearly, and consistently turns mission into action through the principles of Flawless Execution.

  • Rapidly adapt plans, priorities, staffing, and resources as threats, business requirements, or operating conditions change.
  • Identify barriers and develop practical solutions to maintain progress and operational effectiveness.
  • Take accountability for decisions and outcomes and make timely adjustments when circumstances or new information require a different approach.
  • Anticipate potential downstream impacts and proactively address emerging risks before they become larger operational issues.

  • Regularly evaluate physical security systems, processes, and capabilities against emerging risks, technologies, and industry practices.
  • Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate improvements.
  • Analyze security risks and threats and develop effective mitigation strategies.
