Are you an A&P Mechanic ready to step into a key role with a fast-growing general aviation shop?
Do you want real variety, real responsibility, and a clear path to grow as the company scales?
This is a high-demand, hands-on role within a busy piston aircraft maintenance operation that’s expanding and investing in its future team. They need a mechanic who can hit the ground running, take ownership of their work, and become a core part of the shop as it grows.
You’ll be working across inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and installs on a wide range of piston aircraft - gaining genuine technical variety rather than repetitive airline-style tasks. You’ll also help support a newer apprentice, naturally positioning yourself as a senior member of the team as the company continues to grow.
Training and development are fully supported, including engine schools and advanced certifications, with real opportunities to step into future leadership roles as new positions open up.
This role suits an experienced A&P from a general aviation background who takes pride in their workmanship and wants long-term stability, progression, and impact.
The Role:- Hands-on maintenance, inspections, and repairs on piston aircraft
- Varied technical work across multiple aircraft and systems
- Structured training and milestone-based progression
- A&P License
- General aviation experience (piston aircraft)
- Strong troubleshooting and all-round mechanical ability
- Motivated, reliable, and looking to grow with a company
