Kinard Painting Sandblasting Inc. is seeking a Working Foreman / Field Supervisor to lead high-performance industrial painting and sandblasting crews. This full-time role will involve overseeing jobsite operations, mentoring teams, and enforcing quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven field leadership experience, a valid Driver's License, and the ability to perform manual tasks alongside crew members. Competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus of $2500 are offered.
