BSR is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of service technicians and ensure high-quality maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry in our apartment community. You will prepare vacant units, respond to work orders, and manage on-site operations.
You will train staff, supervise repairs, and coordinate with the Community Manager on capital projects and daily operations. A valid driver’s license and EPA/HVAC certification are required.
