Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Trailer Technician /
Reefer Technician to repair and
maintain the reefer units at our Reyes Beverage Group facility in Grand Prairie
.
You will primarily be working on Carrier equipment.
Shift: Full-Timel Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Pay
: $35.00 - $39.00/hr, depending upon experience

Position Responsibilities:
- The Trailer Technician will mainly be focused on diagnosing and repairing Carrier refrigeration equipment.
- As a Trailer Technician, you will inspect, repair, and diagnose refrigeration and heating units, as well as possible hydraulic liftgate components
- You will complete thorough documentation of work orders for repairs through the online Asset Works system
- You will assess the structural integrity and body of the asset, repair and replace parts as needed, and perform the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) annual inspection certification
- You will work in a safe manner and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Other duties as assigned
Required
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 3 plus years of related experience
- Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift 100 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles
- Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement)
