Perform on-site belt installation, splicing, and preventative maintenance; fabricate belts in shop; perform rigging for moving belt rolls and components; conduct basic millwright tasks such as torch heating and cutting; install bearings, idlers, pulleys, gearboxes, and motors; provide technical support to customers and communicate with stakeholders; respond to on-site emergency repairs on a 24/7 on-call basis; drive company vehicles as required;
ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards; participate in training and provide customer training on equipment operation and maintenance; perform other duties as assigned.
