Company Overview
We are a family-owned electrical service company based in Arlington, Texas. For more than 20 years we have served businesses and property owners throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding counties. Our team specializes in commercial service and light commercial construction — tenant finish-outs, panel and switch gear work, lighting, and energy-efficiency upgrades for restaurants, retail, offices, and multifamily properties. We value safety, integrity, and craftsmanship, and our HR and benefits are managed through Unique HR, giving employees access to quality health insurance and HR support.

Location: Arlington, Texas
Employment type: Full-time
Salary range: $25–$55 per hour, with overtime, a weekly pay schedule, and rapid advancement. Our pay sits near the top of the DFW market for commercial journeyman work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform commercial service calls and light commercial installations across the DFW metroplex
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial wiring, panels, switch gear, and three-phase systems
  • Run conduit and pull wire to code for tenant finish-outs and build-outs
  • Diagnose electrical issues and communicate clearly with facility managers, GCs, and business owners about repairs and upgrades
  • Read and work from blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Coordinate with building staff and other trades to keep projects on schedule
  • Log time and materials per job, monitor inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure adherence to NEC and all applicable safety regulations
  • Mentor apprentices and assist master electricians on larger commercial projects

Qualifications

  • Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license issued by TDLR and completion of a recognized apprenticeship program
  • Commercial electrical experience — service work, tenant finish-out, or light commercial construction
  • Working knowledge of commercial systems (three-phase power, conduit bending, panel and switch gear installation)
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret job specs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

What We Offer

  • Highly competitive hourly pay with a bi-weekly schedule, overtime, and performance bonuses
  • 401(k) with a 3% company match
  • Two weeks paid vacation plus five flex sick/vacation days and six paid holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, with optional disability coverage
  • Company van and gas card, plus access to our CRM and scheduling software
  • Clear growth path with mentorship and leadership development, and long-term job stability
  • A supportive team where your contributions are valued and you can build a career
