Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician

Location:

Grand Prairie, TX

Job Duties:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
  • Repair or replace defective components to restore equipment functionality.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance concerns.
  • Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
  • Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Perform facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals is preferred.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for work order documentation.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift to to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in varying temperatures throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work overtime or on-call as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or production environment.
  • PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
  • Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and OSHA safety standards.
