ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver high-quality service to our residents on-site. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and turnover tasks across the property.
The role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance maintenance, with strong time management, communication and teamwork. Valid driver's license is required; EPA certification is preferred.
