Position Summary

At Enviromatic Systems ,weprovidebuildingautomation,HVAC,andenergymanagementsolutionsforcommercialcustomers.

Weareseekinganexperienced

SeniorHVACTechniciantojoinourteam.

TheSeniorHVACTechnicianwillservice,troubleshoot,repair,andmaintaincommercialHVACequipment.

ThisrolerequiresstrongHVACtroubleshootingskillsandtheabilitytoworkindependently.

Thetechnicianwillparticipateintheon-callrotationandmustbeabletodiagnoseandservicecommercialchillersandboilers.

• Service,troubleshoot,maintain,andrepaircommercialHVACequipment.
• Performpreventativemaintenanceandidentifyneededrepairs.
• Diagnose electrical,mechanical,refrigeration,andairflowissues.
• Servicerooftopunits(RTUs),split systems,heatpumps,compressors,chillers,boilers,andhydronicsystems.
• UseHVACandchillerdiagnosticsoftware,suchas
  
  Trane Tech View ,fortroubleshootingandcomponentreplacement.
• Read blueprints,wiring diagrams,equipment manuals,andtechnicaldocuments.
• Troubleshootbuildingautomationsystems(BAS) andHVACcontrols.
• Recover refrigerant,replace components,andconfirmpropersystemoperationafterrepairs.
• Participateintheon-callrotationandrespondtoservicecalls,includingchillerandboilerissues.
• Provideguidanceandtrainingtojuniortechniciansasneeded.
• Completeservicedocumentationandcommunicaterepairrecommendationstocustomers.
• Maintaincompanytools,equipment,andservicevehicle.
• Follow OSHA,EPA,companysafetypolicies,andapplicablecodes.
• StaycurrentonHVACequipmentandmanufacturertraining.

• Associate Degreeor Trade Certificate in HVAC/RTechnologypreferred.
• Ten(10) ormoreyearsofcommercialHVACserviceandrepairexperiencepreferred.
• EPA Section
  608
  
  Universal Certification preferred.
• NATE Certification,HVAC/Mechanical Contractor License ,andOSHA
  10-Houror
  30-Hour Safety Card preferred .

• Mustbeabletoindependentlytroubleshoot,diagnose,service,andrepaircommercialchillersandboilersaspartofthecompany’son-call rotation.

• StrongknowledgeofcommercialHVACsystems,includingRTUs,heatpumps,compressors,chillers,boilers,andBAScontrols.
• Strong electrical,mechanical,refrigeration,andHVACtroubleshootingskills.
• AbilitytousestandardHVACtoolsandchillerdiagnosticsoftware,includingprogramssuchas
  
  Trane Tech View .
• Strong communication,customer service,leadership,and problem-solving skills.

• Liftupto
  75pounds.
• Workfromladders,rooftops,mechanical rooms,andinconfinedspaces.
• Workindoorsandoutdoorsinvaryingweatherconditionsandparticipateintheon-callrotationasscheduled.
• Stand,walk,bend,kneel,climb,andreachforextendedperiods.
