Software Engineer Senior - Embedded, Dallas, TX

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer Sr. who can develop embedded software, integrate features and algorithms into C/C++ applications, and coordinate software development activities.

• BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Embedded software development experience
• Linux/Xilinx tool suite
• C++ and/or C computer language

• Develop Embedded Software
• Integrate features/algorithms into C/C++ applications
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or queries in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment.
• Apply knowledge of computer hardware and software, and information gathered from system users to develop software.
• Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.

• SW Design/architecture experience
• Knowledge of Cameo, software design, and architecture
• Full software development life-cycle experience
• Agile development methodology (Atlassian Tool Suite)
• Experience working with HW/SW and testing in HWIL
• Experience working in early technology/demonstration type contract
• Experience with Dev Sec Ops , Gitlab CI/CD tools
• Technical document development
• Technical review presentation development and delivery

This position is onsite in Grand Prairie, Texas. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
