** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Software Engineer Lead   Embedded you will be responsible for guiding the development of mission‑critical embedded software across multiple programs

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Lead the design, development, and integration of C/C   embedded applications

+ Plan, coordinate, and execute software development activities and schedules

+ Develop, document, test, and debug complex algorithms and logical solutions

+ Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless system integration

+ Identify and resolve program errors, produce operating instructions, and maintain comprehensive documentation

* Basic Qualifications:

* - BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering or related field

-  C   11 or higher

-  Embedded real time software development

-  Hardware/Software integration & test

-  Linux OS

-  Experience leading a software development team through different phases of the software development life cycle

- Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, must be a U S  Citizen

Skills:

* Embedded real time software development for millisecond / microsecond response time systems

 Thrive in a Fast Paced Environment

 NVIDIA Development Kit experience

 Multi threading and multi processing experience

 Git and/or Git Lab: configuration management / version control

 Automated testing

 CentOS 7 0 or higher

 Jira   issue tracking

 Publisher/subscriber protocols  preferably RTI DDS

 Python

 Technical document development

 Technical review presentation development and delivery

 Agile development process

** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits
